Less is more…in the gym, anyway
I have something of an exercise addiction. The link below is to a great article outlining some of the myths to which I’ve fallen prey myself — particularly the one that you have to nearly kill yourself to get a good gym workout.
I blew out both my knees about 2.5 years ago and I’ve had longtime problems with my left rotator cuff. Oh, and there’s tennis elbow in my left arm, too. I think all of these are probably the result of pushing myself too hard.
